I ordered My Passport USB 3.0 1 TB External Hard Disk(order #10377542) on timtara.com. I ordered this on 28-12-2012. It is stated in portal that product will deliver in 20 days but it is more than 3 months till today. I asked the customer care several times about status of order but no response. I am very much diss-pointed about the service of timtara. please help me in this regard.
