NON STANDARD COMPLIANT PRODUCT

I purchased a mobile spare part from aliexpress site online thru credit card.
i.e lcd display panel with touch screen digitizer.

Recd the parcel. And as per sellers advise that before placing on housing to connect the flex strip cable and check whether the lcd is working or not. This stage completed and lcd works.
Next now comes the finalization. I put the glue and place lcd on the housing and connect the circuit again. But this time the lcd never worked. I keep checking for errors and note that the flex strip had broken.
Same day of the receiving the parcel. I inform the seller. but seller does nothing. He remarks as it my mistake. I try to tell him that the quality of the flex cable is NOT GOOD.
I was forced to open dispute in aliexpress. And provided the evidence. But the I lost the case as aliexpress found that my claim did not support. And passed payment to seller.
Later I kept thinking , as I checked with my older lcd panel strip cable and the supplier sent lcd panel strip cable. The supplier sent lcd panel . flex cable was shorter than normally required.
Then it flashed to me that the flex cable snapped due to pressure length problem and also insulation problem . the seller had sent me NON STANDARD COMPLIANT PRODUCT.
The seller though I told that I do not want your money. All I need is FREE REPLACEMENT , WHICH IS UNDER WARRANTY. The seller and ali express are not showing any interest or replying.
