I placed a order for IFB Microwave through online TIMTARA website on dt. 25/07/2012 at 1:00 PM & payment made through Credit card of Rs. 6840/-. Order was confirmed from timtara side vide order no. 10295442 dt. 25/07/2012.
Acc. to timtara order can be delivered within max. 21 days. Acc. to 21 days my order should be delivered till 16/7/2012. But I haven’t receive the product till date. As I call for shipment details, Customer desk of timtara told me again and again “Your product will be deliver soonly”. Sir as the time over for delivering my product I call the customer desk for canceling my order but they told me that for canceling order they need 48 hours. Sir please help me take my refund back ASAP
