I am a Tata Docomo GSM postpaid user and ever since I have joined it, the Quality of service which I am reviving is horrible and is worst experience in my Entire life. here are few of them:
* It took more than 15 days to get it activated after purchase of new connection in JAN’14.
*I Called customer care once to activate Blackberry Net Plan(399/- only) they activated some 899 Unlimited plan.
*I mailed/called Docomo several occasions for these unwanted charges and it still not changed and I am continuously getting charged.
*At the end I fed up and I mailed to [email protected] to change it from Postpaid to prepaid and I got reply to visit nearest store. I went there and they gave Token no. SR73 on date 28/06/2014 at koramangala branch Bangalore, Karnataka and the guy(Natrajan) asked me to call Customer care.
*Customer care person do not have any idea what they are talking about.
* Website is also not that helpful. It’s not well managed and too complex.
I am extremely unhappy with the problems I have to face with docomo. I’ll never suggest any of my contact to get one. I was quite happy with Vodafone and Airtel for more than 3 years when I was in Delhi.
Please help me out as I am spending lot of time on something which is supposed to take time.
