Non refunding against my order

On 14.08.2014 I have purchased an item from (order ID:10149940)YEPME.COM. On 25.08.2014 I have lodged refund against this order and send through corrior to YEPME office.As per corrior report that product was received at YEPME office on 28.08.2014.But on 03.09.2014 they officially announce that the product finally received at their end after a phone call from me.After that day after so many conversations YEPME.COM never refund my amount.I call the customer care more than 15times. I also share my bank account statement through E-mail on 16.10.2014 to prove that amount is not refunded to my account.All time the customer care committed that it will refunded within 7day.But unfortunately this 7th day never come in my life.They also told me that their senior authority will call me over phone within 72hrs ,but they never call me after 240 hrs.I think customer harassment is the main market policy of YEPME.COM & not refunding money is the refund policy of YEPME.com.
