HI! This is to inform you that I (Harsh Jeetwal) have an account with the Kotak Mahindra Bank and the account number is (5411438596). On the 28th of Oct 2014, there was a deduction in my account in favor of Tata AIG insurance of 1003 Rs. I came to know about it on the 31st of Oct and filed a complaint at the customer service depth of the bank. I wanted the refund ASAP as I was in a need for the money, however the bank denied it saying they will check it and will take at least 10 days to revert and to sort the matter. I had to wait for 10 days and I was borrowing the money in order to meet My expenses. After 10 days, I had a call from the corporate salary team of the bank and a lady by the name of Priyanka who sits on the branch at Noida Sec 16 called me to inform that I have signed the papers of the policy issued, however, while I was explaining the scenario to her she hung up, after some time she called in again and I asked her to speak to someone else. This time I spoke with a lady named Amit, she asked for some time to revert. After all this hassle I did not receive any call from the bank. Later on I spoke with the Tata AIG insurance customer service and tried to check If there was any policy issued in my name, however, there was no policy, now that I have the policy I found the policy does not have my signature on it. So please advise me what to do next, I am looking for a compensation for all the inconvenience and hassle I have been through.
