Name of company/service: union bank of india
on 22-03-2013 i had made payment to icai surat branch of rs 400/- . Receipt was not generated but my account was debited with 400/-.
i had made complain but no refund is made yet. every time i call, they say please wait 2 days and amt will be refunded.
