Sir, a sum of rs 200 was deducted from my mobile no. 9041594694 on 2/8/12 without any reason. when i enquired they said that we can see the payment deducted but are unable to know the reason. i posted a complaint but recieved no response till date. complaint no. 563493.please look into the matter.

sir it has been more than 22 days now. i want my complaint to be resolved asap. please give me the exact date till when my money will be refunded or ill file a case suit against your docomo company.

i have recieved a call from the docomo team who is themself very confused as to when have i listed the complaint. they said that the complaint is given on 5th september. they gave a reason that the amount was deducted due to the usage of internet through mobile browsing. i just want them to answer a single question that whenever i went outside the link of the wifi area i use why does my net not work if it was really used through mobile..
u r requested not to harass your customer.
plz reply asap n refund me my money.
