I have ordered a Samsung Mobile phone online at reduced price of Rs.444/- only and tried my luck as the price of the produce was much. It was on 11th January,2012. On 24th Jan.’12 I received an e-mail mentioning the CC Avenue Order No.D25909624112 : Transaction failure. The wrote ” We are unable to obtain,authorization for the following Order D25909624112.
In the rare event that the amount charged or blocked in your account we shall coordinate with the bank and have the money reversed ASAP. The money should reflect in your account within 2 business days.”
I am sorry to inform that no money has since been reversed to my SB A/c. with SBI,Mahamayatala Branch.Repeated e-mail in their e-mail ID [email protected] proved futile.
Kindly help me to recover the money, though it is a meagre amount. I am sure many like me have been cheated by them.
