Dear Sir/madam

With due respect i want to say that I was trying to pay the examination
fee to the SSc for the FCI through online SBI BANK on 29 AUGUST 2012 but transaction got
failed but my amount 200/- had been deducted. .but the second
transaction was
successful on 5th SEPTEMBER then i was able to fill my form
so please help me in
this case so that i can get the refund of the first transactinan.
