I ordered a phone on 26 November and cancelled the order on the same day as that was not the phone i preferred. The cost is around 14500. I then contacted the Kaunsa customer support executive, they said they will deduct some 700 rupees for payment gateway and refund around 13700 within 30 business days. It has been more than 40 business days and yet i didnt receive the refund amount. They are still to give a definitve date. This is the most useless site to do online purchases as this is not genuine. I would like to take further advices from this forum members on how to proceed further.
