My Complaint is Against Barclays bank. In May 2008 i got new Credit Card from Barclays Bank and i used it in same month for some shopping but when after one month i have not received any statement then i called customer care and asked for statement but still not received. I done lot of followups but when i ahven’t received nay statment then i asked customer care the bill amount nad done the payment on 10th June. But when i received statement on 20th June then i found that some extar charges are added in the statement. I called bank and aksed them that its their falult i will not pay this amount. Whatever i have used i have paid but the delay happend due to your fault so i will not pay any extra amount. Form then battles starts. After that i stop using that card and few months lots of discussions was going on between me and bank. I have given request number of times but no response. I was geeting calls from recovery teams i explained then they stopped calling me. Now after long time i again start getting calls and i came to know that they have put my name on cibil. Now i want to complaint againt this company for bothering me and putting my name on cibil. Please help me out.
