Hello,
This is to bring to your kind notice that i had booked 3 tickets from Air India between Delhi-Hongkong-Delhi for 11th May returning on 18th May booking reference no Z43NP.
Due to Air India Strike, flights got cancelled and i applied for a refund on 12th May. Since my ticket was booked through web, i was told that within 2 weeks my transaction on the credit card will be reversed. After constant follo up, on 15th June i have only got a partial refund of Rs 18945 INR out of Total Amount of 77259 INR.
It has been more than 45 days since i raised a request for cancellation and i am still waiting for the full refund. In the meantime i had to honour my credit card bill.
I request you to please look into this and take it up with relevant authorities for 1) Full refund 2) Comepnsation for harrasment 3) Interest of 45 days.
