At the time of converting the postpaid to prepaid harrasment is done by the officers of Ultadanga outlet of Tata Docomo

My grand father bought a tata docomo walky .the company toldhan us to wait 1 month to convert it prepaid from postpaid.is is been more than 1 month as it was told to be done with in 10 days.we are little bit busy.In this busy schedule they have forecevly told us to give all documents not only once but three times.We,me and my father have gone there for 7 to 8 times but still they are turning deaf ear to us.Today on 25.6.12 called them they me you can do what ever you want…Is that possible for any one to go to the Bidhannagar Road so many times from Dumdum in a busy schedule of mine.they also told that the phone is ok now still company is sending massages to the phone to submit all the documents again is it possible for some one to go with all xerox to submit those again and again?Please take ssome action as my grand father and grandmother can hardly go there.we will be very obliged if you take action.Contact no-9038787401

    i never see this kind of worst service in mylife.without sending any bill to home or office and witjout any information they bared my incoming and outgoing calls just 3 days after due date.i having more than 14 reliance connections in my office since last 4yrs upto to now i didt face any problem.one of the worst service is docomo.ill post a article in each and every website also

    I have tata walky two connections in gurgaon no 01246466479/480 i got an sms over
    due 2926 plz pay immediately….but i request for billing details but they fail to produce
    all detailed bill but 28/4/14 i got call from 9990359315 asking about clearing bill but i asked to her i need bill detailed she said ok i will send,i will give a benefit for you just pay 2390..enough need not to pay all amount ..but you should pay by today than i pay
    through net banking…now they stop my outgoing and telling if you want using outgoing must pay remain otherwise cant …what to do plz give suggestion…..
