Non refund of my child registration fees

Dear Sir-Ma’m,

This complain is against Company called INDIA KIDS FASHION SHOW (IKFS) Located at Jaipur,

In ref. to their mail I have posted my child photograph to IKFS which was selected for the fashion show which they are supposed to organise at kolkata on 12 Oct 14,and asked us to pay the registration fee of Rs 6200/- for participating in the show. Basis this we have made the fees payment of Rs.6200/- through bank transaction and got the confirmation on receive of payment.

Later as when the fashion show date passed on and we didn’t receive any response from IKFS, we call up IKFS , Ms. Shweta over phn and come to know that the fashion show will not be happing at kolkata, so I asked for the refund of my child registration fees and they confirm over the phn,that they will pay back the amount through cheque and send a courier to my address very soon, accordingly IKFS personal took my address and detail in What’s app application over phn. Since that time (end of Oct to till now) I am chasing them for my money refund but getting on response from them. Now I don’t know what to do, where to go, as I am in Kolkata and the Co. is in Jaipur.

Hence with lot of hope & trust to get help from your side I am writing to you. Please treat the matter as most urgent. I really want to get my money back so that I can utilise it for my child actual and genuine betterment.
Anticipated your understanding and consideration to resolve the matter. Your kind support will be highly appreciated to get back my money at the earliest and also requesting to take a strong action against this kind of fraud and fake organisation playing with people emotions and making money..
