I am a more than 10 year old customer of Vodafone and it is unfortunate that the customer care services of Vodafone have fallen to the pits! I had been complaining about ISD services not working on my phone for over a week. Every time I call the customer care, the executives on the phone do not have a clue about what they are talking about most of the time. They keep asking irrelevant and stupid questions wasting our time and are never able to provide a satisfactory answer. Also half the time different executives make contradictory statements.
I had been requesting to be connected to a senior executive and everytime my phone is simply hung up! After repeated following up for over a week, I get a call today asking me to check if ISD is working. I asked them to call me back in 5 minutes so that I can check and let them know. That second call never came. And then I get an sms saying that my complaint has been resolved, whereas the problem still persists.
