Complaint Against Nokia – Parts not available

Name of company/service: Nokia Service Centre

I have purchased Nokia 500 mobile phone and after some time there was some problem in the phone. I have submitted the phone at Nokia service center – Maa Communication – 13, Shankar Vihar, opp. metro pillar no. 72, vikas marg, Delhi – 110092. I have submitted my phone on 20th June 2103 and till today they have not repaired my phone. They are not ready to give any timeline on written. According to them that parts are not coming from the company and they can’t do anything on this. They have given the commitment that they will deliver my phone on this Saturday (6th July 2013), but not ready to give anything on writing.
