NON RECEIVE THE FROM CUSTOMER,AND THEY DON’T SOLVE THE PROBLEM OF CUSTOMERS.

My problem is that they deduct my account balance without any cost,and they r also harass customers by refuse to take the call.they have always heavy traffic.I have been complaining many times About my balance deduction.but they don’t have any answer.please help me,this is my request to you.
