Ingorance on complaint

From 11th March we are unable to watch regional channels and then all other channels on our tata sky. I complained through web portal, online chat and customer care number. Every time they assure to send technical help next day but end up sending no one.
Its very annoying when you your complaint and get no response and you still keep on paying monthly charges which will not be paid back while you are facing these problems.

Same thing happened 6 months back and we got no response from these people almost a week. After logging complaint on consumer forums, we got quick reply from them and problem was resolved.

We had been proud owners of tata sky since 8 years. and used to get good service in starting years. But now experiencing very poor service since last 2 years. And thinking to switch to another service provider.
