Dear Sir/ Madam,
My order number is 89477 & 104697. I was not receiving the DC paper for the past one month. Tried contacting the Agent at all ends. After more than a month on 12/03/2015 i was told that the agent got changed and hence there is an issue. I was also informed that from now on paper will be delivered properly. I got the paper on 13/03/2015.Again immediately on the next consecutive day 14/03/2015 i didnt get the paper. When i called to DC Marketing division i was again informed the same thing. I very clearly requested them to deliver the paper at least regularly from now on. Your sales manager has visited my house on 14/03/2015 and informed that the issue will be sorted out. The subscription was also extend with the order number 104697 after all promises of delivering the paper everyday without any issues. He also gave me number of rep Mr. Ramesh. He told that if i didnt get the paper kindly call him before 1000 am so that at any cost they will deliver. Now again on 16/03/2015 i didnt get the paper. Its seriously irritating to having subscribed for something and not getting them. I seriously need to know whats the issue. I contacted Mr. Ramesh on phone for several times and no response. Now this has become a serious headache. if its not possible to deliver paper why is that such offers are being offered to customers. Why is that this is happening again and again and again. Any issue for once or twice its ok. Now this is getting repeated for so many number of times. I dont know what to say!!!! Its really so much irritating to have such worst customer service. Kindly help me out in sorting this issue.
