Non receipt of services and fraud

Name of company/service: Destination Resort India Pvt.Ltd (Unit of Club Group of Hotels)

Hi,

My name is Rupam Chakraborty.

I purchased the membership of Destination Resorts India pvt ltd (1006, 10th Floor, vishwadeep Tower , District Centre, Janakpurti, New Delhi -110058).

At the time of purchase I was told that
1) I’ll be given a drink and dine Card along with the membership card of the company.

2) I just have to inform the company 1 week prior to my journey and they’ll book hotels/ resort on my behalf (5 star rated) at any place in India.

However, it has been more than 5 months, still I’ve not received the “drink and dine card’. (called more than 10 times).

Also, when I’m asking for a booking a hotel in June they stated that it cannot be done and need months at least.

Please help me out in this situation. I believe that the company is a complete fraud and mislead customers and demand 100% refund and compensation of my membership amount (rs 15,000).

    Hi Roopam
    The same thing happened with me and several other complaints i have found on the net. But i don’t think this will help, its better if we all survivors make a group and lodge a complaint against this company. Some of the members has given upto 40000 but not got any vacations. I have called them in January for Goa they have refused and told me that they will provide me hotel in summer vacations and for that i have to follow up with them in 1 month advance, which i was doing but the whole june the person has passed the time by giving excuses that the rooms are not vacant and they will provide me the rooms in July now. From last week i have again started to follow p for July but the contact number is coming switch off continuosly. I have checked all Delhi / NCR branches had been closed and only Rampur office is operational now.
    These types of frauds are rising because consumer Forum is not doing their jobs.
