Hello sir my name is yamin lawar from ahmedbad. i ordered
samsung galaxy young s6312 on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 and
order number is 925802893. I have received product on
25th may but product (My Mobile) is not switch on means
they give me dead phone.
when i called regarding the damage product than they told
me their person will come and receive product i wait till
28th of may than they will told that send the product
through Speed post.
SO i send the product through speed post on 29th may
which tracking number EG175259905IN. in speed post
tracking system product delivery successfully. but when i
called me in homeshop18 about product delivered or not?
than they dont give me right answer they just telling
just wait . now how can i track the product details?? how
can i know the product delivered or not?? how can i
replace my product now because when ever i call they told
me that wait for 48 hours.. Please help me..
