I had placed an order for a study table at Home Town , Diamond Plaza on 29th April 2013 . Making full payment my debit card. I was told that the product would be delivered within 18th May , this did not happen . I made visits to the store to follow up on the same and was asked to give them some more time . Finally on 26th May I decided to cancel the order as there was no positive sign from the store keepers as promised and was told that the product was defective. I was told that I shall be given a cheque by 7 days and today I am being told by Priya Mondal that I will receive the refund in 21 working days.
