activate callertune without any request and not to refund the amount

Dear Sir,
i have a prepaid connection of vodafone before a 6 days they activate callertune on my phone now i came to know and request
them in the morning for refund of charged amt. but they refuse to refund…

you are kindly request to resolve this problem i know 30 rupees is little amount but i request you to resolve it just because this is not particularly my problem if they do the same thing with 1000 persons per day they can earn lot of money,
