NON RECEIPT OF PARCEL/GOODS

My Friend Muthukumar from Jhansi Booked an Air Cooler for us from Jhansi to Chennai vide Parcel Way Bill No.B-935248 on 03 June 09. Whereas we made three visits to Central Station to take the delivery of the Cooler. But it is very shameful to say, ever after 15 days of booking, the cooler not yet reached to Chennai. The hot season is also left.
