I purchased one Black berry mobile phone from Mobile Store(Emall-6 C R Avenue Kolkata 700072).The invoice no-17962/6362025.Date-2/6/2012.At the time of purchase I was told that 12 multiplex cinema ticket would be provided me as a free gift of the said purchase.After one month I made a call to Blackberry customer care on 9/7/2012.They gave me one complain no(MSCO10002551).But I am yet to receive any multiplex ticket.Kindly look into this matter.
