Iam D.Ram Mohan Reddy, I ordered Poco F1 by Xiaomi (Steel Blue, 6gb RAM, SD 845,128 GB Storage) on 15.10.2019 by exchange officer from online shopping website of Amazon.com and after exchange offer and ash back i paid an amount of Rs.11,691 for delivery of above item through my debit card. I have not received the item. On 20.10.2019 i received refund of Rs.10,591 only through credit and the balance amount of Rs.1100/ was not credited to my account. Therefore I request the proper authorit to take necessary action against the amazon.com . The details of my order is given below:
