Mobile post paid phone was ported from Hyderabad to Chennai on 14th July. Both the calls receiving and sending as well as internet connections are not working in the premises where I live and use the phone.Complaint was lodged with Airtel Customer Care on 14th July and subsequently reminded number of times. Even after 40 days, the issue could not be sorted out .I understand that this requires erection of tower which is likely to take months .Airtel quotes TRAI rule indicating that it requires 4 to 6 months for porting to another service provider since it is post paid connection.Since I am incurring heavy loss due to the connectivity problems, I may be allowed to port this number to another service provider like BSNL and also refund the amount paid so far.
