Non receipt of Goods.

My son Aadil Mukhi has ordered a set of head phones from shopclues.com using my credit card to make the payment.
The order was placed on January 13th 2015 from his account registered with shopclues.com as [email protected] and the order number is 33364449
.
The Headphones were to be delivered in 5-7 business days.
It will be 2 months now on March 13th, since the order was placed.
Shopclues is neither able to provide a proof of delivery nor is shopclues arranging a refund for the same.
We have tried hard to follow up extensively on phone and on email with no result.
Would appreciate your help.
