Hi my name is Ashish Bajaj, I have booked your service yesterday on 8th march from Sanpada to CST station. Firstly you application is not working as when I was booking the taxi to avail the NOW25 promo code after inserting the address it was not showing up – so I called you customer support number and was told by one of your representative that its only valid for booking prior to 30 mins of travel which I understood and and decided to book taxi before 30 mins of my travel I have informed to the representative that the bar which ask to enter the promo code is not appearing on the app was told to recheck and do it- – this call was made around 14:30 PM. Then later when I been to your application at 16:30 PM to book the taxi for 17:00 to CST as we need to travel to Nagpur the same thing happened no place to enter the Promo code and directly was given the number of the driver to contact to whom I spoked and he said that eh will be at my place 17:00 pm who came on time itself – but the funniest part was that I received message for confirmation of my travel for another driver too who was at my place on the same time itself. Now I have 2 taxis one with confirmation and other through call information provided by your application.
I called you customer support team to clear this confusion and to avail the NOW25 as it was not showing in your application and was connected to the worst customer service rep named MOKUL / Mukhul in my entire life. To inform you I am also working as an AM in an INTERNATIONAL BPO and believe if he would be one of my employee the scenario would be totally different.
The agent was just sitting over the line to blame me even after letting him know that I am not getting this space to enter the Promo code and having two taxis through the app. The agent was just having an argument that I might have entered wrong code or at some other place ignoring that I have already informed him that I AM NOT GETTING THE SPACE TO ENTER MY PROMO CODE .. . . .! Then the agent Mukhul / Mokul told me that he cant help me to do anything straight away without checking on the system as I have already called earlier and complained for the same issue. I have requested to speak with one of the senior was told that everyone is busy and will be receiving a call in next 2 hours which is 24 hours till now and no calls made till date which cost me paying Rs 750 (Taxi Fare) + Toll Rs 35 (one way) and my prepaid balance of Rs 51.26 for the rubbish customer support call conversation with Mokul / muhkul. I was kept on hole for more than 15 mins twice during the conversation with zero customer service. that call was made on 8th march around 16:50 PM from my number 9920310155
Well I have already mentioned in my call yesterday that you guys MERU CABS are just fooling people by making an unsatisfactory applications and worst call center agents for customer satisfaction.

Well just to inform you I will be submitting one of this email copy to consumer court too and will report to everyone possible so that your services don’t trap them as you guys done with me. Hope you guys enjoy that 25 % discount money which I as an consumer should get
