It is informed that I have become a member of Profit Club on 31.05.2015 by depositing onetime cash of Rs.10000/- registering under Profit Club no. 92238756433251 at Big Bazar outlet of Orbit Mall, 82 Raja .S.C. Mullick Road,, Baghajatin, Kolkata, West Bengal 700084.
Before being registered I had been told that I would receive message of Gift Voucher of Rs.500/- in my mobile phone which I would be able to redeem on 3:1 ratio on my future purchase and would get Rs.100/- talk time in my T24 no.
But sorry to inform though I have informed two times, during my visit to above said Big Bazaar outlet, to the person available at Profit Club desk that neither I had received the talk time nor the Gift Voucher. He assured me of doing the needful from his end but during my last visit on 01.08.2015 while I informed him again regarding non-receipt of talk time & Gift Voucher, he provided me talk time of Rs.100/- to my T24 number and asked me to contact to a phone number given by him for gift voucher. Till date I did not receive the gift voucher message in my mobile phone.
I really astonished that Big Bazaar provided me the Profit Club Card on payment of required amount in full in advance but did not bother to keep their word towards providing the assured gift voucher to the bona-fide customer. What the hell it is! So many times I faced such type of problems of not getting actual service from Big Bazaar authority towards customer satisfaction. I even feel it mysterious while the persons of your concern are so active making the customers foolish to pay for Profit Club, do not bother to provide reasonable service to the customers.
After waiting a long period and getting no response on writing to their customer service e-mails, i.e. [email protected] & [email protected], I felt no other way but to write to your desk for redressal of my grievance. Hope you would not throw out my legitimate claim of Gift Voucher for Rs.500/- and would take necessary measure to provide me the same at the earliest.
