I am herewith informing to the people that do not buy any Tata swatch product manufactured by Tata chemicals. They are not providing the spares like Top mesh and Bulb and even there Tata swatch assemblies within time.I booked my order dated 26.06.2013 since then have not provided the material. I raised several complaints on their customer care number 8002585858 as well as their web site, but i got only repetitive answers that you will receive your product soon. Till today i have not received the product. So i am giving alert to the people do not buy such product if they are not providing the spares. Don’t believe on false advertizement what they going to broadcast over TV/media.Really it is shameful that trusted brand like Tata also doing such false propaganda of their product.
