I have worked with Satyam IT Solution near SJVNL, BCS Shimla for almost three and half months period and the employer Mr. Anuj Srivastav has failed to pay the salary for the said period. He has issued the salary through cheques which keep on bouncing repeatedly. Regarding this he has been asked time and again by the employees,but he keeps on making excuses and keeps delaying the issuance of the salary. Now, all the employees including myself are in a state of great mental disturbance b’coz our dues are being withheld unnecessarily and this Mr. Srivastav is responsible for our harrassment.
Therefore, i on behalf of all the employees request the Indian Consumer Forum to take immediate and strict action against the employer Mr. Anuj Srivastav and get our salary released immediately.He can be contacted on the following numbers:
