deverification of number

My name is Akansha Jain. My mobile number is 9560467167. I want to complaint what had happened with me.

I had contacted the customer care no. of Vodafone, 111, to convert my prepaid number to postpaid on 25.03.2013. On the same day, a executive named Mr. T. P. Mishra came to my office to collect the documents and filling up the form. My no. got activated on 27.03.2013. On 30.03.2013, Mr. Sunny Samuel came to my home for verification. He met my brother there. On 31.03.2013, the outgoing services of my number got deactivated. On contacting to customer care, I was told that the remark on verification is negative. Upon asking the reason for negative verification, I was told that your address is wrong, your landlord Mr. Rahul met and said that no Akansha Jain resides here. Your address in the form is

X/1989, Street No. 8, Rajgarh Extn., Delhi-110031

and the address in your address proof is

X/1969, Street No. 8, Rajgarh Extn., Delhi-110031

I would like to tell you that the executive, Mr. Sunny, had reached my home only and the house is owned by my father. No Mr. Rahul resides there. Also i would like to ask that if the address in the form is wrong, then how can the executive reach my place. He spoke to my brother Mr. Samkit Jain. i would like to ask that if the address mentioned in the form is wrong but the executive had some how reached my place then on ethical grounds, must he not ask me that your address mentioned in the form is wrong, you please confirm it so that we can update the correct address.

Still, there was mistake on part of Vodafone, I was told that you have to visit Vodafone store and submit you proof again and request for reverification. I went to the Vodafone Store at South Extension. There I got my address changed and requested for reverification. I asked the executive there to have my address proof as I have been intimated my the customer care, but she said there is no need to resubmit the address proof and told me that you reverification will be done on Tuesday, i.e., on 2nd of April 2013. After 24 hours of reverification you number will get reactivated. On 2nd april, 2013, no executive visited my place.

On 2nd April 2013, I had a conversation with Mr. Jasvinder, Floor Supervisor. He told me that the time for closing a request for reverification is 48 hours after that within 24 hours the status of verification gets updated that whether the verification is positive or negative. After getting positive confirmation you number gets activated within 24 hours. I waited till next day, 3rd of April 2013, but that day also no executive visited my place. In the evening of 3rd April, 2013, near abut 6 p.m., I talked with Mr. Sumit Kumar, another Floor Supervisor, who said me that please wait for last 24 hours, your number will get activated by tommorow, 4th April 2013, by 6 p.m.

Today is 4th April 2013, but my number has not been activated by 6.00 p.m. when contacting customer care, I talked to Ms. Anamika and was told that your verification was done yesterday and positive remark had been communicated but you have to visit Vodafone store and submit your address proof.

Today also I visited Vodafone store at Nirmar Vihar where they told me please wait for 24 more hours you number will get activated by tommorow evening.

I want to know why these people had misguided my at every step of enquiry. I want to complaint about all these people because of whom I have suffered for 6 days due to discontinuation of outgoing service from my number. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
