The complainant is a peace love aiding, educated person and is a Joint Executive Manager, presently working with Uflex Ltd. , Sector 60, Noida, Distt. Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
Earlier the complainant was working with M/s. Zircon Technologies India Ltd., having corporate office at E – 40, Sector – 8, Noida, Distt. Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, as a Regional Nagar with a pay of Rs. 50,000/- per month. Complainant worked with said company till 30/09/2012, but the company administration has not paid the balance amount of Rs. 42,000/- till now, and in this regards the complainant having some dacumantary proof in his support and the copies of the same are annexed herewith this complaint. Mr. Rajeev Manrai, Vice President of said company is directly liable for not paying the said amount and has intentionally and wrongly as well as deliberately has committed the offence of breach of trust (dishonesty) and not ready to pay balance amount of the salary, conveyance & tour expenses of complainant as motioned above.
It is therefore humbly prayed that kindly cognizance against Mr. Rajeev Manrai, Vice President of Zircon Technologies India Ltd. and informed to the complainant after talking legal action against the culprit. It will be in the interest of Justice.
