i had bought a package from lucknow business directory for advertising my company which included a block in directory and news letter and 500 visiting cards. i bought the above package four months back but till date i did not received any of the updates about any thing nor i received my visiting cards. i called them many times for the cards, the owner and staff abused me on calls and threatened me also. i am feeling really helpless. please help me.
