Respected sir,
I was working with a CA Firm in Mumbai since last one year. For first six months they promised to give 30000 per month and after six months 35000. As per firm’s policy he decided to give salary on 21st of next month(eg: for October’s salary he paid on 21st Nov.). They deducted 5000 from every months salary for the first 6 months and promised to give the same at completion of first 6 month in office. They paid 25000 for first six months after deducting 5000 and afterwards he started paying 35000 as per conversation. One months back I left the firm after giving 1 months notice as I was mentally harrassed by the employer. I got a message from the employer that salary will be credited to my account and that I can leave the job with immidiate effect.One and half month has passed and I havent recieved any salary and also my deposit. Now when I went back to the office for fetching the salary & deposit my employer is not ready to give.
I am not having any offer letter or contract with me. But I have that message and TDS (26 AS ) reciept of past months and bank statements with me and I am attaching herewith the same for your ready reference. What actions can I take to get my salary? Can I get any help in this case. I worked very hard and even went on sundays to work in month of september. I really need your help. Please suggest.
