Name of company/service: Sikka Builders

I have a flat in Sikka Kaamna Greens Sec-143B Noida. The property is under construction and my loan has been financed by HDFC Bank.They issued 3 demand letters in a span of two and half months without any document.The loan was disbursed late due to the late processing by the sikka staff.Now when I asked them to waive of this interest as I have no role in the delayed disbursal of the loan, they refused to do so, and asked to send mail to their customer care. After sending mails continuously to the builder’s customer care, still no action has been taken and builder is allowing the interest to grow further. Strict action needs to be taken against this builder.

    Sikka Builder is one of the most unethical builders in Noida who is least bother about the business ethics and customer satisfaction. He has been harassing customer on issue of interest and other things. The staff is totally handicapped in resolving the customer complaints and resolve them.

    It is obligatory on the part of the builder to get the project sanctioned for loan from designated banks. If there is anydelay in disbursing loan due to the lack on the part of builders, the builder rather should compensate the customerfor the ordeal he faced in getting the disbursement due to delay on the part of the builders than charging interest for delayed payment. The clients should approach the consumer courts for such harassment.
