Non Payment of Salary

Dear Sir/mam,

Would like to submit a complaint as non payment of salary due to myself. Since i served in People Interactive(i) pvt.ltd. w.e.f.17.04.12 to 31.05.12. As i have resigned w.e.f.01.06.12 but i had not been paid for the said period.

i have been told that i need to provide 15day notice period, due to my personal problem i couldnt serve the 15days notice and requested them to deduct the 15days salary from my salary and release my balance salary.

I had worked for 45days in this company and they have neither paid me once and made me work. Know they are not even responding to me. At gurgaon they have office at :-
People Interactive (I) Pvt. Ltd
Unit No. 546, Udyog Vihar,
Phase-5, Haryana,
Gurgaon -122016,

But over here they are asking me to contact they head office which is at bombay, for me its not feasaible.
