This is regarding the opening of current account in the name of lakshit Travel Point entering into new business of air ticketing , e-payments etc at 1st stage , in S.B.I Branch at Amritsar Road, Batala-143505> I have provided all the relevant documents for opening of such account and same were accepted and stamped & signed by the manager. He also feeded the details in his system and asked me to come next day and deposit the cash and account will be opened.
The Next day he refused me saying that the documents are not complete and he needs regn certificate of Service Tax & also Regn Certificate under shop and establishment account in the absense of these two account can not be opened. Then asked the manager that one of your bank employee was saying yesterday too and I cleared you that there is no such compulsion as business is yet to start and we can’t provide these docs and no bank requires the same. Then he misbehaved and torn the papers where he marked the bank stamp and put his signature. When I asked what are you ding , then he insulted me alot and let me out of the bank through the Guard. Sir I want strict action against such a stupid person who is mis using his powers and effecting the business doing such acts.
