<p><b>Location/place</b>: Ahmedabad,Gujarat</p><p><b>Name of company/service</b>: idea</p>I bought idea 3G smartphone with free data.From the last four days when i use internet charges are deduted from main balance customer care is not responding me They alway found excuse we cant help you now bcoz system is busy call me later.My problem is contonue please solve this.
