non functioning tata swatch filter and non fullfillment of promise

I have launch complaint more than 5 time . my recent complaint no is 190639. but they have not turned up. once technician had come he promise d that he will exchange the filter but that also it was not full fill. since than l m calling to their office every alternate day. but they are not responding. please help
