HI,
On calling Reliance for Data Card deactivation, Reliance Executive kept my account on “SAFE CUSTODY” promising 0 bill and no charges.
Now, every month I am receiving bill. Customer Service is unable to assist and I am getting number of calls affecting my personal life.
So, if it was wrong information given by Reliance, I am not liable to pay an bill. Please look into this.
