On 10th Sept 2014, I tried to withdraw money from PNB’s ATM at Nirman Vihar Metro Station, Delhi but the ATM got hanged and I did not even enter the amount. But money was deducted from my account. I registered a complaint with Standard Chartered bank and they communicated with PNB and PNB said its a valid transaction. How can it be a valid transaction when I didn’t receive the money. Again Standard Chartered bank tried contacting PNB for a detailed enquiry but PNB said that “CCTV footages are not available due to DVR not working”. Now Standard Chartered bank’s head officer has asked me to contact PNB directly.
Please don’t disappoint me. Please do the needful.
