Micromax not replacing set even set is tottaly failure

I have purchased MICROMAX doodle A111 on january 1 /1/2014 , since then phone has stopped working as below date
and on same date I have given to CUstomer service of micromax but every time they not repairing it .

Even I have requested to replace set as it is tottaly defective set but they keep promising that it would
Not happen again and very time it is happening and happening

The Issue is like below in the set

Issue faced in the month of MAY 2014 as below

battery charging problem
sim card emergency
Incoming Call work only
outgoing call work only
restart automatically —— MAY 2014

And now once again I am facing issue like below in November

— Loss of contact number automatically
— Restart automatically when on call with anyone – AGAIN on Nov 2014
— Hang for several minute in between when on call or any time in between
— Back button problem in software and hardware as well

Again I am facing problem as below as on December 2014

1) Restart of mobile when on call – Again December 2014
2) Restart of mobile when not on call on frequent basis
3) No option to receive call of incoming
4) Not able to unlock phone as input take wrong way , like clicking button for 3 getting clicked number 5
6) Image blur
7) Head phone issue not able to hear , need to adjust and keep holding ear phone to listen
8) Not able to cancel call after talking
9) Airtell sim does not work in slot sim 2 of set

The name of Service center is csdinception based in kolkata hatibagan .Even I have sent mail to micromax but they are not responding of the mail.

neither Service center nor Micormax taking any proper action and I am feeling tottaly helpless

you can see Restart automatically when on call repeating again and again , IT IS TOTTALY DEFECTIVE SET
