I had ordered a Nikon MH-53 (BATTERY CHARGER MH-53 ) on http://www.thirdidigital.com/ Order ID 2493773 on 15-Jan-2015. I did not receive any communication from them whatsoever.
On 8th Fetb. I complained on their Facebook site and was contacted by a certain Mr. Sanjay Bajaj ([email protected]). He initially promised to deliver the product but then said it is out of stock. I asked for a return of my amount to the account I had paid from (credit card) and he said he will do it. However it is over a month and I have neither received the amount nor any communication. The last communication I received was on 22nd Feb. when he said “in process sir”. He has not responded to any emails thereafter.
He has not provided his number and the number given on their site 09849509216 also does not respond.
