I Mrs. Yamini Vijay Gharge, had booked for a Yamaha Keyboard on 27th June, 2012, in Shreeji Enterprise, the shop is situated in R-Mall, Mulund (west). We paid Rs.17,400/- in cash against the Keyboard, we were assured that the keyboard will be delivered on 28th June, 2012. However, the same wasn’t delivered to us. On follow-up we were informed that the product isn’t currently available with the company i.e. with Yamaha and the same will take a while to be delivered. On this we requested Shreeji Enterprise to cancel our order and refund us the cash back. We again gave a call on 29th June, 2012 to know by when can we get our money back. However, the proprietor of Shreeji Enterprise was very rude to us and asked us not to call him, as he will get back to us when the cancellation is approved by Yamaha and only after that will he pay back the money to us. He told us that the approval may come to him by end of day 29th June or by 30th June. when we did a follow-up on 30th June, Shreeji Enterprise proprietor was very rude and arrogant with us. He said not to at all call him and said if you don’t have patience you can get lost. and he also said that he will call us on monday and let us know if he can return us our money back. on this i asked him, what if on monday also the cancellation is not approved, then what do i do. On this he spoke to me very badly and said, “if it’s not approved, u can come with whatever weapons, threaten me and take your money back, i do not want to talk to you and nor do i want to do any business with you people.” We are not such people, we had bought that product with great excitement and were awaiting the delivery, but Shreeji enterprises completely turned our happy moments into mental stress.
I been a customer, have already paid for my requirement in cash and i still have to go through all this mental torture. Can you please help me in this?
