Faulty Eurof Fab Crown Water Purifier

I had purchased Euro Fab Crown Water Purifier from Aqua Star RO Systems, Porur, Chennai on 24.03.2012. The very first week, we noticed the output water produced by the purifier was stinking like gutter water. Subsequently,Aqua Star has changed multiple filters, but are still to rectify the problem

So we asked the company to return the money and take back their product. The company promised to provide us the cheque, but haven’t done so far. I even sent a registered letter to the company’s address, but it got returned. I searched and located the address, which was in Mouglivakkam, Porur and again they promised me that they would issue cheque in the near future.

The total value of the product is Rs 12,000, out of which we paid Rs 8,000 and balance, Rs 4000 we issued stop payment, due to malfunction of the product. I have been requesting the dealers for over a month now to take back the product and return the money we have paid. Our chase still continues. Hence we are seeking your help to intervene and redress the issue once and for all.
