I am subrata kumar saha, Ranchi. I have paid rs. 17490.00 through online bank transfer to “timtara.Com” to purchase a samsung galaxy tab 2 p3100 on 05/07/2012. The payment was done from hdfc bank. The details of the transaction are as follows:
SB account no. 01501330002019, hdfc bank, Ranchi
transaction date : 05/07/2012
transaction narration: 45453509, techtimtara infosec
cheque / Ref no. : 70511459
value date : 05/07/2012
amount (rs.) : 17490.00
They were supposed to deliver the material within 3 weeks (maximum), that is before 26/07/2012.
Till date, they have not delivered the material and they have sent a mail informing that they will take another 7 working days more to deliver the material. Even, the extended 7 days is also passed, they have not delivered the material.
Now, they are also not receiving the phone calls.
May I get any help from you in this regard?
