hello this is Pritesh from Indore, MP. actually i have realince gsm sim 7828411563. i really disturbing from your service. last 2 months my account activated with news alert without no reasn . i did’t get my balance. i have a other office mobile and use realince very less. now this month news alert again activated and not giving me my balance. it is not fair. i called many times on customer care services but every time they said that server is not a good position u can call after 2hr. after 24 hrs i again call but again same thing.. automatic news alert activated. and i complaint for this but they didnt respose properly.and sudden i got new massage that your news service alert is deactivated.. whaat the hell is this ??? uhhh when your server is not running properly so how can my services deactivated ?? please solve my problem and refund my balance..
